A lifetime hotel share gives you ownership-linked benefits of a defined room class (e.g., Deluxe/Silver). A typical plan may be ৳1,00,000 down payment + ৳10,000 × 40 EMIs. After operations begin, profits are distributed monthly as per deed, and members enjoy complimentary stays (e.g., up to 3 nights/year; blackout dates may apply). All bookings, statements, and notices are available in your Member Portal.
We create equal shares matching the total number of apartments (e.g., 10 shares for 10 flats). Capital is paid through milestone-linked installments into designated bank/escrow accounts. On “ready-to-live” status, a public lottery—witnessed by an independent auditor—allocates units fairly. Handover, deed transfer, and registration follow allocation per the agreement.
You receive the project prospectus, title & approvals due-diligence summary, Agreement/Allotment Letter, payment schedule, share certificate (where applicable), official receipts, and designated bank/escrow details. We also publish construction updates, QC reports, and audit summaries in the client portal.
