A lifetime hotel share grants you ownership benefits linked to a specific room-class (e.g., Deluxe/Silver). Typical example: ৳1,00,000 down payment + ৳10,000 × 40 monthly installments. After opening, profits are distributed monthly (as per deed), plus up to 3 free family nights per year on member terms (blackout dates may apply). You’ll also get a member portal for booking and statements.
We create equal shares matching the total number of flats (e.g., 10 shares for 10 flats). Funds are collected in progressive installments tied to milestones. Upon “ready-to-live” status, a public lottery—witnessed by an independent auditor—allocates flats fairly. Final deed/registration and handover follow the allocation.
You receive a prospectus, due-diligence summary (title/approvals), Agreement/Allotment letter, share certificate (where applicable), milestone schedule, payment receipts, and escrow/bank details. Project SOPs, construction updates, and audit reports are shared via the client portal.
Down payment + monthly EMIs or milestone-linked installments; early settlement and bank loan assistance available. A grace period may apply for delays; thereafter late fees per agreement. Cancellation/refund follows the signed terms and the project’s progress stage.
For hotel shares, distributions begin after the hotel becomes operational and monthly accounts are closed (typically from the following month). Free-stay benefits activate after your share is fully issued and the booking window opens; advance reservation and blackout rules apply.
